• Account information: Email address and encrypted password for users granted calculator access.
• Access requests: Name, employer, role, email, and any context you provide when requesting access.
• Model inputs: Headcount, cost, and other assumptions you enter or upload stay in your browser and are not transmitted to Hvild unless you explicitly send them (for example via an out-of-band PDF export).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access logs for security and operations.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

• Account management: Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Service delivery: Necessary for contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Security and abuse prevention: Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers (hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
